28th March 2019 - Snow, then clear blue skies, visiting the Raindeer Farm , dinner and Yes the Northern Lights!!

Snow greeted us early on this morning following our late night on the snow mobiles.

It was -8 C degrees at 9.15am as we enjoyed breakfast, but those who were out late were still tired. Following breakfast we intended to visit the Museum, but the cold and damp snowstorm made that impossible, so we spent time around the hotel.

Early afternoon the weather had improved and we went for a walk down to the river (frozen completely) to take photos, then had a drink in the bar at the hotel talking to others.

Our next activity was to visit the Raindeer Farm and ride in sleighs and then have a traditional Raindeer dinner followed by an after dinner discussion .

We May see the Northern Lights, but to be honest the weather is against us and the group is less than enthusiastic.
