Visit to Bayon Temple
We all were excited follwing yesterdays visit to Angkor Wat to be planning another morning trip to two further temples in similar geographic distance some 25 minutes from our accommodation at the Sofitel Siem Reap.
Following breakfast we set off for the trip and were again dropped off and transferred closer to the Temples by smaller mini buses.
Then we picked up a local guide who again worked with Cruise director Lee and we set off to walk through the temple. not of the same scale as Angkor Wat but still very impressive.

Whilst it was extremely hot and humidity was extreme we then climbed back into the mini bus and travelled some 15 minutes to visit Ta Prohm Temple.

We adopted a similar process with detailed discussions, then dropped at one entrance and we walked through and back to the drop off point.
