The story is simple to tell. We wanted a web page which would reflect us both in style and content.
Jeanette in Mumbai in front of the Gate to India. We were on an Oceania Cruise from Bangkok to Istanbul with a 2 day stopover in Mumbai.
Our Web page is a Celebration of our life and family with the title "Our Wonderful World."
We summarise our life here in Wheelers Hill, a suburb of Melbourne in the State of Victoria, Australia but also reflect on our many travels and wonderful family.
Jeanette and Ken are ardent frequent travellers and love cruising and visiting different cities and countries.
Our favourite cruise lines are Princess Cruises and Oceania Cruise line although we have travelled on several other cruise lines. We have sailed on in excess of 35 cruises throughout the world including River Cruises in Europe and in Asia.
We also travel on land tours with Tauck, our favourite travel company for land tours and exotic tours to wonderful areas such as Africa, including Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Botswana. But we also use Go2Africa for some of our travels to Africa. We have also undertaken several land / coach tours using Globus, ATP ,Trafalgar and in earlier years we travelled with Cosmos. More recently in Australia we enjoyed ATP and Kings.
Hopefully we provide an interesting and informative travelogue of our cruising and travels. We also provide an update as to our change of housing and also family activities.
The Sydney Opera House is an icon symbolising much of life in Australia. Here it is on a perfect day as we prepare to sail to depart Sydney on the Diamond Princess.
We do also stopover regularly in Hilton Head Island South Carolina and also in Honolulu, Hawaii at HGVC , Hilton Hawaiian Village. We own Timeshares with Hilton Grand Vacation club and Spinnaker. We are members of HiltonHonors and Accor and we also regulalrly use Shangri La Hotels where there are no Hilton, Conrad or Accor brands available.
