This is our first full day here in Numurkah and the weather is almost perfect.

After our breakfast Jeanette drops Ken off at Numurkah Bowls and Golf Club and he is scheduled for 9 holes at 9.45am. Jeanette then goes on to complete some grocery shopping.

Ken enjoys his golf playing with a local Business Manager ,and enjoys the golf. He says the fairways are ok but the greens are pretty good and very true.

They play their 9 holes in just under 2 hours being held up by a threesome who manage to lose several balls.

Ken has a round of 4 parts and 5 bogies and is very pleased with himself. His playing partner is a good solid player off 9 and has a couple of birdies and 4 pars and 3 bogies, and really has d a most enjoyable morning.

Back to the comfortable resort and after we set out to visit several of the Grain Silos in this general area and take photos of the stunning art work.

We are away for about 3 hours see several silos with art and painting that is very worthwhile. We return home at 4.10 pm and Ken goes swimming in the indoor pool for 45 minutes.

Then home for a shower and we watch the Melbourne Demons AFLW team capitulate and turn in a shocking performance. Despite kicking 6 goals in the fourth and final quarter they are eliminated after losing both finals.

Dinner in again this evening, with a glass of red wine. We enjoy hamburgers with an ice-cream.

This is a beautiful small town and we are here to enjoy and relax. We are certainly doing such.
