Cancelation of Ho Chi Minh Stopover at Fusion Suites

With the changes and day’s delay in our transport and flights , we were forced to cancel our first night stopover at Fusion Suites Ho Chi Minh.

We are seeking a refund, but the hotel has not responded and bookings.com is suggesting other approaches. However, the room has a cancellation / payment condition if you cancelled within 24hours, which we did. You then forfeit your booking fee as per The Booking.com website

Expect to have to wear this cost and attempt to claim it via Travel Insurance (or try).
