16th October, 2016 Flight from San Francisco and arrival in Vancouver

The morning arrives with further threat of significant storm activity.  We pack and then enjoy a buffet breakfast at Homewood Suites Hotel in Brisbane , Near San Francisco Airport before catching the 9.45. Shuttle for the airport. 

Upon arrival we subsequently find that our flights departure schedule has been deferred until 12.50pm because of heavy storm activity. Suffice to say that the airport is chaotic and the prior Toronto flight is fully booked , ie over booked and many disgruntled people remain in the terminal boarding area. 

Our flight remains scheduled for 13.50pm but we envisage further delay options and their is a degree of anxiousness. Fortunately, our plans for the day are our uncomplicated and revolve around our travel from San Francisco to Vancouver, with limo,pick up and then transfer to Embarc at the Sheraton Wall Centre on Burrand Street.

Our flight is delayed and our aircraft has just arrived. 

Very very wet in San Francisco at the airport with 2 hour delay.

Unfortunately, the delays flight also impacted our ur Blacklane limo transfer from the airport, but we then jumped in a cab and were in downtown Vancouver in 35 minutes and checked in at Embarc with our condo being 2952, with superb views over the city. 

We unpacked the clothes and set up our IT gear.  Weather again decided to change, but we decided to go out shopping for breakfast and other gear at the local IGA store, but half way back it again commenced to rain heavily.
