An early rise and following breakfast we departed to arrive at Epcot Centre, Disneyworld for a family day enjoying this remarkable theme park.

David had coordinated our fast pass arrangements and did a terrific job, although the initial ride was delayed through technical difficulties.

He booked Spaceship Earth, The seas with Nemo and Friends, Living with the Land , Soaring around the World, just amazing, a journey intoImagination with Figment, Turtle talk with Crush, Seabase and several other rides.

We arrived early and the family arrived about an hour later after a delay with the monorail train.

Jeanette and David with Ken walked through the entrance and sat just beside the large ball, which is the central image of Epcot.

The whole place is experiencing Epcot International Food and Wine Fstival with a whole focus on international food and wines, but we found this difficult because seating was limited, so we ate lunch at Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Harvest Feast at the Garden Grill Restaurant.

Following lunch we continued to walk to several of the above shows and presentations. Perhaps th3 most enjoyable was the Disney Music and Symphony with Donald Duck with 3D .

The boys had enjoyed the Test Track presented by Chevrolet prior to lunch.

We repeated the Soaring Around The World , quite simply our favourite display riding a glider and soaring throughout the World to a variety of World icons and eventually ending back at the fireworks here at Orlando.

whilst we had intended to stay to watch the fireworks at 9.00pm, in all honesty we were tired, the boys ratty so we departed earlier and returned home where we enjoyed a light meal prepared ala Jeanette with several beers.

Just an amazing Day at Epcot, enjoyed by all the family, but oh so tiring.
