3rd December,2016. Arrival home in Melbourne

Our Jetstar flight from Hawaii to Melbourne was comfortable and sitting in 1A and 1C allowed us the luxury of relative peace and quiet after a good meal service.  We both slept on and off, but despite the early morning trip to Honolulu International Airport and 8.05am departure, the body still didn't feel like sleep. 

This was accentuated by the turbulence which we experienced some 90 minutes from Honolulu and then later over Fiji.

We arrived home in Melbourne at 4.35pm and had a quick exit through the e-passport service and then an expedited Customs clearance. 

On our exiting the arrival area through Customs we are greeted excitedly by Sebastian and Oliver.  We were surprised and delighted.  We talked to them and Peita and Chris for 10-15 minutes and then Gavin called and following another few minutes we made our way out of the terminal to the car park and his limo.  Jeanette said a special goodbye to the boys, thanked Peita and Chris for coming out.

Gavin had an excellent trip home along the freeways and we arrived home in Wheelers Hill at 5.45pm. 

The house looks good, still work to be done on the water feature. 

We have enjoyed an excellent holiday, catching up with friends, seeing new and different places and enjoying our time very much.
